Life is full of the good times, the bad times and STRESS! I am here to help! I will work with you to gain some balance again and take better care of yourself to help you manage all the stress within your life.
Counseling for kids, tweens & teens
You have tried everything with your kids and nothing seems to help. That's where I come in! I work with each family to accomplish mutually agreed upon goals to help your child manage their emotions better. I believe in the importance of family involvement, so I also require parenting sessions and/or quarterly meetings to review together the treatment, goals and overall progress.
Anxiety is the number one reason people seek counseling. Sometimes that anxiety can lead to depression and irritability and leave you feeling like you lost control of your life. With individual counseling, we will work together on mutually agreed upon goals to help you achieve your greatest happiness again.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
-Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
-If so, is it covered by the same insurance company as my
medical insurance?
-What is my deductible and has it been met?
-How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
-What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
-Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Individual Counseling for Insomnia
Do you have sleepless nights and feel tired all day? You have tried everything; from going to bed earlier, trying to take naps during the day, taking over the counter medicine and/or prescription medication and you still don't seem any better? Here's where I come in! I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) which is an evidence-based treatment for insomnia and am happy to help you get the restful sleep you need!
